Das Abmahnverfahren ist ein typisch deutsches Problem um Nichtigkeiten im Internet zu ahnden. Scheinbar aber für Rechtsanwälte sehr lukrativ. Das Justizministerium sollte hier dringend etwas unternehmen....
Lawyers in Germany have the right to ask for high amounts of money, if they detect a tiny irregularity in the internet... The German Ministry of Justice should urgently do something against this.
